The "E"-ffordability Summit 2018 will be held at the University of Wisconsin - Stout Memorial Student Center
The "E"ffordability Summit is an opportunity for anyone concerned with the cost of educational materials. It brings together a diverse group to discuss topics centered around providing quality and affordable curricular content. This summit is about sharing information, innovation and forging opportunities for collaboration regardless of institution. This year's theme, "Open To Collaborate", provides an opportunity for attendees to share their best practices, experiences and issues relating to the use of open educational resources as well as other educational content affordability topics.
Students, faculty, educational technologists, librarians, administrators, publishers, vendors, legislators and bookstore representatives are encouraged to attend. Last year's summit saw attendees from 26 institutions representing K-12, technical colleges and two and four-year institutions across Wisconsin. This year higher education institutions are also invited to attend.
